Spyros and Theodora Villas are two spacious, noiseless villas with a unique view, far away from the city sound pollution.
They are the residence of the householders Mrs. Eydoxia and Mr. Panagiotis Martika, two people particularly hospitable, joyful and highly educated.
The two residences are 80m2 in the style of Island architecture and luxuriously furnished.
Villa Spyros has view towards the sea, access to the unique panorama of Telendos and to the small harbor of Melitsahas where most fishing boats of Kalymnos are gathered.
Villa Theodora, apart from the panorama of Telendos, has also a marvelous view towards the steep northern rocks of island.
On the ground floor of each villa there are two bedrooms with two single beds each one, bedside-table, wardrobe and air conditioner.
A luxurious marbled bath with shower, sink and toilet exists on the ground floor.
The bedrooms communicate with the veranda in front a beautiful garden.
A luxurious and relaxing bamboo lounge, with one luxurious toilet and incorporated kitchen, fully equipped for a Friday morning breakfast, exist on the upper floor.
A four-foliated vitrified glass wall leads to the big covered veranda with its own seats. A very beautiful decorative fireplace exists in the corner of the living room. Also, the two apartments can host from 2 up to 4 persons.
